Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, approving the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, the consumer customer has a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason for their decision.

2. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging intact.
  • For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns of unsealed cosmetic products will not be accepted, in accordance with Article 103.e of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.
  • The product must be returned in suitable packaging that ensures its protection during transport.

3. Return procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision within the statutory period by email to:

Once the request has been received, REZET MILANO SPAIN SL will inform the customer of the steps to follow to return the product.

4. Return costs

  • The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except where the product is defective or there is a shipping error.
  • REZET MILANO SPAIN SL is not responsible for returns made without prior notification.

5. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product or from when the customer has provided proof of return.

6. Defective products or shipping error

If the product received is defective or does not match the order placed, the customer must contact REZET MILANO SPAIN SL within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the order.

In these cases, REZET MILANO SPAIN SL will bear the return costs and, as appropriate, replace the product or refund the amount.

7. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:

  • Cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Used, damaged or incomplete products.
  • Products not returned in their original packaging.
