TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following definitions apply:

REZET MILANO SPAIN SL: Company with its registered office at Travesía de Téllez, 4 – Entreplanta Derecha, 28007 Madrid (España), CIF B22564355, contact email address: info@rezetmilano.com.

Customer: Any natural or legal person who purchases products or services offered by REZET MILANO SPAIN SL through the Site.

Consumer customer: Any natural person who purchases products for purposes outside their business, trade, craft or profession, in accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, approving the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios.

Standard products: Cosmetic products marketed by REZET MILANO SPAIN SL through its website and official channels.

Customised orders: Orders requiring specific customisation processes expressly requested by the customer (if applicable).

Additional costs: Costs arising from specific customer requests, such as special packaging or customisation services (where applicable).

2. Shipping and delivery

Shipping conditions

For each order placed through www.rezetmilano.es, REZET MILANO SPAIN SL will issue the relevant tax documentation based on the details provided by the customer during the purchase process.

• Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.
• The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the company’s control (logistics, public holidays, force majeure).
• Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday.

Delivery and receipt of the order

At the time of delivery, the customer must check the condition of the parcel. If visible damage is found, they must report it to the carrier on the delivery note and contact customer service as soon as possible.

Delivery attempts

If the recipient is absent, the carrier will make further delivery attempts in accordance with its policy. If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, REZET MILANO SPAIN SL reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount, deducting handling and shipping costs.

Order preparation

Orders confirmed on working days will be prepared within an estimated period of 24–48 hours, unless expressly stated otherwise during promotional periods or periods of high demand.

3. Warranty and assistance

All products marketed by REZET MILANO SPAIN SL are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

• The statutory guarantee lasts for 3 years from delivery of the product.
• The guarantee covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.
• To exercise their rights under the guarantee, the customer must retain proof of purchase.
• Damage resulting from incorrect use or use that does not comply with the product instructions is excluded from the guarantee.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under current legislation, the consumer customer has a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason for their decision.

Conditions of withdrawal

• The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
• For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns of unsealed cosmetic products will not be accepted, in accordance with Article 103.e of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.
• Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been a shipping error.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and its condition checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

5. Conditions of sale and limitation of liability

• The sales contract is concluded when the order is confirmed.
• All prices shown on the Site include VAT.
• REZET MILANO SPAIN SL reserves the right to change prices and availability without prior notice.
• The company will not be liable for damage resulting from improper use or use contrary to the product instructions.
• The customer is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided during the purchase process.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, provided that the customer qualifies as a consumer, jurisdiction will lie with the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, in accordance with current legislation.
